Delivery Information

Here's how this works:

We get the order. The order should automatically push to "complete" once the payment is processed (although sometimes it might require us to manually push it through - we'll get a notification automatically if that's the case), and you'll be able to download your PDF files from under the Account tab up top of the page here.

Once per day, we (here in Finland) take all of the order information and pass it along to our fulfillment center in the USA, where they will ship the package out typically within 48 hours.
